Our company is from Houston, TX and one of our trucks enroute to Laredo had a transmission clutch and clutch actuator breakdown(* DT12 trans ) so we found Red's Diesel by Google Maps search. We called them and Cole took care of our urgency so quickly. Cole showed a customer service with professionalism of a unique level found almost nowhere these days. In this place haven't yet forgotten they are servicing their peers, whether you're simply an owner operator or multiple trucks fleet it will be as simple and straightforward as it can be, no different, true equal fairness. No gimmicks or cover ups, no hidden fees or last minute surprises. The job work content was addressed with parts assessment and thorough diag which was explained with luxury of details and multiple solutions were promplty offered over proper and potential issues found and to be addressed. I have done repairs over the road in many other states and like Red's Diesel in Corpus Cristi only a handful of shops exist. Their ethics level is untouchable. This facility is of a phenomenal diligence towards us the truckers need over our equipment importance for its use and time for repairing completion. I cannot be more apprec

I first learned of Red’s when a hydraulic hose was leaking. I was stranded on the highway. Their mechanic came out, diagnosed my problem, and made the repair under very difficult circumstances. A few days later I was been told that my rear main seal needed replacing. I took my vehicle into Red’s to have it replaced but they determined it wasn’t my issue. It was a filter. Big difference. I truly appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and integrity. They went above and beyond In both instances in repairing my vehicle. They are my go to place for all diesel engine repairs.

Absolutely trash. My husband broke down hauling a load and called them to put an axel on his gooseneck trailer. They said over the phone they had one and could put it on in 2 hours. He got there Monday night at 6:30pm and they didn’t get there to start looking at it til 9:30pm then said they didn’t have one and would have to look around for one the next morning. So he had to stay the night in the parking lot in his truck. Then they proceeded to come out to his trailer unannounced during the night while he was asleep to take his broke axel off. The next day they said they couldn’t find an axel any where around, they said they could weld the broke one to get him back home. They started welding it at 10am and did not get done until 8:30pm event after telling him they could have it done by 5pm. Then they charged him 1600.00 for it. He also got a trailer tire from them and they put it on and he starts to drive off and they flag him down saying hold on that tire is actually got a hole in it. He finally has left this place and I’m absolutely disgusted. A scam.

Blew a tire on the way to san Antonio from corpus. First call they picked up , within 15 minutes I pulled into the shop at 9:00 at night . Replaced my size r15 235 by 75 tire within 1 hour. Now I asked for a used tire, and they gave me a fairly new one. They charged me fair, and gave me great service ! A bunch of hard working group of men ! Keep it up!
